Planta™ Plant Protein by Ambrosia Collective

Ambrosia Collective

About

Plant protein, dessert flavours.

Plant protein doesn't have to taste earthy. Planta blends pea and brown rice protein for 20 g of protein a scoop, in flavours that read like a dessert menu.

What's inside.

Each scoop gives you 20 g of protein from pea and brown rice, 1 g of vegan BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio and a spread of added vitamins and minerals, including vitamin B12, vitamin D3 and zinc. It comes in at 100 to 130 calories a scoop, depending on flavour.

Shake, blend or stir.

Shake a scoop with 300 ml of water after training, blend it with plant milk and a banana for a thicker shake, or stir it into your morning porridge.¹ ²

The flavours lean sweet and indulgent, from creamy vanilla and warm cinnamon bakery notes to rich chocolate and peanut butter.

¹ Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass.

² Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Directions for use

Mix 1 scoop with 300 to 350 ml of water or your choice of drink. Stir, shake or blend. Have 1 to 3 shakes a day to meet your protein needs.

Always follow the dosage instructions on each individual product label. Consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement routine.
