Thuper Thavage is the high-stim end of Chris Bumstead's range. It's for adults who already know how they handle caffeine, with 400 mg in a single scoop.

What's inside.

One scoop gives you 6.4 g of beta-alanine, 6 g of L-citrulline, 5 g of creatine monohydrate, 2 g of NO3-T betaine nitrate, 2 g of taurine, 1 g of agmatine and 1 g of PeakO2 mushroom blend. Caffeine is 400 mg, with 200 mg of L-theanine and 100 mg of theobromine.

Half a scoop first.

Start with half a scoop to check your tolerance. Then mix a full scoop with 300 to 450 ml of water 20 to 30 minutes before training. Keep it at least 6 hours before bed and never take more than one scoop in 24 hours.¹

Flavours run from cotton candy and cherry slush to icy berry and citrus.

¹ Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Who it's for: You're an experienced, caffeine-tolerant adult who wants the strongest option.

Allergens: made on shared equipment that also handles milk, egg, wheat, fish, crustaceans, tree nuts, peanuts, soya and sesame.

Contains caffeine (400 mg per serving). Not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women. Do not combine with other sources of caffeine. Avoid taking within 6 hours of bedtime.

High caffeine content. Only for adults used to caffeine. Do not take more than 1 scoop in 24 hours.

Beta-alanine can cause a harmless, temporary tingling feeling.
