What's inside.

Core Hydration gives you 500 mg of sodium, 200 mg of potassium and 20 mg of magnesium a sachet. Race Energy has the same electrolytes plus 100 mg of caffeine and 200 mg of L-theanine. Recover Sleep is caffeine free, with 1,000 mg each of glycine and tryptophan, 200 mg of L-theanine, magnesium, zinc and vitamin B6.

Morning, race day, bedtime.

Mix Core into 500 ml of water on waking or around training. Have Race in 500 ml of water an hour before or during a long session. Stir Recover Sleep into 300 ml of water an hour before bed.

The flavours are fruity and refreshing, from soft berry notes to sharp citrus.
