Magnesium comes in many forms. This one uses magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine.

What's inside.

Two capsules give you 200 mg of magnesium from magnesium bisglycinate, 53% of the NRV. The only other ingredients are the hypromellose capsule, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

Two in the evening.

Take two capsules with water in the evening, after dinner or before bed. Or take them with breakfast if that's easier to remember.¹ ²
