If your cupboard has separate pots of ashwagandha, zinc and vitamin D, Sigma puts them into one capsule routine.

What's inside.

Two capsules give you 250 mg of KSM-66 ashwagandha root extract (5% withanolides), 15 mg of zinc as bisglycinate,¹ 38 µg of vitamin D3, 20 mg of magnesium as bisglycinate and 5 mg of boron as citrate, in hypromellose capsules.

Spread it across the day.

Take one capsule with breakfast and one with your evening meal. You can go up to 4 a day, always with food. Take it daily for a month, then have at least a week off.

¹ Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood.

Directions for use
