This is a formula you take with food, a few capsules at a time. Revive MD puts berberine, bergamot and botanicals into one daily serving split across your meals.

What's inside.

Six capsules give you 1.5 g of berberine HCl, 500 mg of bergamot fruit extract, 300 mg of grape seed extract, 300 mg of cinnamon bark extract, 200 mg of R-alpha lipoic acid, 200 mg of fenugreek seed and 175 mg of gymnema leaf extract. It adds vitamins C, D3, B1, B3, B6 and B12, chromium picolinate, AstraGin and BioPerine.

Two with each meal.

Split the six capsules across your meals, for example two at breakfast, two at lunch and two at dinner, each with water.

Directions for use

Take 6 capsules a day, split across meals, with water.
