Revive MD Zinc uses OptiZinc, zinc bound to the amino acid methionine.

What's inside.

Each capsule holds 50 mg of zinc from OptiZinc zinc mono-L-methionine, with dicalcium phosphate, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a hypromellose capsule.

One with food.

Take one capsule with a meal, breakfast or dinner. Don't add other zinc supplements, and read the zinc guidance on this page before long-term use.
