Revive MD Omega 3 lists its EPA and DHA separately, so you know exactly what two softgels give you: 800 mg of EPA and 600 mg of DHA.

What's inside.

Two softgels give you 1.7 g of omega-3: 800 mg of EPA, 600 mg of DHA and 300 mg of other omega-3s, for 15 kcal. The softgels are gelatin with natural citrus oil.

Two with a meal.

Take two softgels with your evening meal, or one with breakfast and one with dinner.¹
