GlycoHD is a two-capsule serving to take with the biggest carb meal of your day. It is built for people who train and eat big, whether that is a bowl of rice after the gym or a pasta dinner. It is stimulant-free.

What's inside.

Two capsules give you 375 mg of Cycloberine (berberine from Berberis aristata bark, with cyclodextrin), 250 mg of gymnema sylvestre leaf extract, 150 mg of 10:1 cinnamon cassia bark extract and 100 mg of amylase enzyme. They add 60 mg of banaba leaf extract, 60 mg of French pine bark extract, 50 mg of omega-7 palmitoleic acid, 25 mg of ActiGin and 150 µg of chromium. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.

Two with your carb meal.

Take 2 capsules once a day with water, up to 30 minutes before your highest-carb meal. For many people that is the meal after training. Each tub holds 60 servings.
