If you take a B complex, a zinc tablet and a botanical on the side, Inno Drive puts them together in one 2-capsule serving.

What's inside.

Two capsules give you 1 mg of thiamin, 1 mg of riboflavin, 10 mg of niacin, 2.5 mg of vitamin B6 as P5P, 25 µg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and 15 mg of zinc. Alongside sit 600 mg of organic KSM-66 ashwagandha, 200 mg of tribulus, 100 mg each of American ginseng, damiana, ginger and maca, 50 mg of shatavari and 50 mg of the S7 plant blend, in a vegetable cellulose capsule.

Two with breakfast.

Take 2 capsules with water at breakfast, or with lunch if mornings are rushed. With or without food is fine. The S7 blend contains small amounts of caffeine from coffee bean and green tea.¹ ² ³
