What's inside.

Two vegetable capsules give you 1000 mg of a 10:1 astragalus root extract (Astragalus propinquus), with magnesium stearate, dicalcium phosphate and silicon dioxide.

Two with food.

Take two capsules a day with food and water, with breakfast or with your evening meal.
